Some of you saw my post recently about my trip to Alaska with my husband. I thought I'd take a minute & share some of my favorite photos from our trip! Alaska was absolutely breathtaking!! Our cruise left from Seattle, so we got to spend the day there and I LOVED it!!
I walked around "Pike's Market" early in the morning while the shops were getting ready to open. Nothing like fresh coffee & fish at 7am!!
We got on the ship & set out for Juneau. While we were at sea I saw my first whale EVER!!
We saw these seals napping in the warm sun. Juneau was beautiful & we got to see alot of wildlife!!
Our ship took us out to see the "Hubbard Glacier", I think that was one of our favorite parts of the trip.
We stood out on our balcony watching the glacier & every now and then a big chunk would break off and fall into the ocean. It was so loud, it sounded like thunder! I was watching with our binoculars & my husband grabbed my camera (while it was still attached to my neck) and started snapping photos! I couldn't stop laughing & and he may be a better photographer than me! These turned out pretty good!! LOL!
All those little "dots" at the bottom of the photo are actually seals! Gives a little perspective to the size of the glacier!!
We left the glacier and headed for Sitka.
We also got to spend a few hours in Victoria. I really enjoyed our day there!
I love, love, love taking photos of people, but it was kind of fun to shoot landscapes on vacation!! I found all kinds of interesting things the photograph!
I recently had the opportunity to photograph Baby Lilah and her big brother, Grayson. We went to the park for awhile and then came back and worked with Lilah in the studio.
Grayson had fun on the playground! Who says having your portrait taken can't be fun??
Lilah's mommy made the banner for the nursery, how cool is that?? :)
Last week, I had the opportunity to visit Alaska with my husband. It's was a wonderful week & the views were breathtaking! Every now & then, it's nice to just sit and enjoy the view!
We met at the studio the other day, then took off for downtown Indy to take his "Senior Portraits". I was a little worried about the weather because as you know, the thermostat outside has been set at about 100 degrees for the last couple of weeks!!But we caught a break in the weather, and boy... we were all thankful!!
I'm sure I said something incredibly funny...
Chris will be a senior at Morristown H.S. in just about a week or so!I don't know where the summer went!
He was such a trooper (& the whole family) in this weather!!Even though there was a break in the weather, it was still hot!!
:) They look great! Thanks soooo much. Haha, it was tons of fun and definitely a memorable day.

Wow! It's been a little while since my last post! It's been a crazy, busy, summer!! I wanted to share this fun summer session I had with the Pipkin family recently. They are such a sweet family!! It was the first time I had met the kids and talk about friendly! I introduced myself and it was like we were instant "best friends"!! They told me all about their school and their summer so far and they were full of smiles!! I LOVED working with this family!!

Well, I finally finished Eli's 1st set of Senior Photos! We did the first part in Colorado and we are going to finish them up here in Indy! Here are some of my favorites!!
What a handsome young man. Not only is he handsome but he has a beautiful heart, full of kindness and mercy.
Hi! I'm Tabitha, thanks for dropping in!
I'm a photographer who lives life out loud! I love coffee (a little too much), good friends, good movies, and photography! I'm married to my best friend, and have 3 boys who always keep me movin'! My love for my family is what led me to a career in photography. When my boys were little, I wanted to remember all those sweet little things about them! I know I'm a little partial, but they were the cutest little boys in the world! I was always taking pictures of them--whenever I could hold them down long enough! From there, I started taking pictures of everyone! So finally, I decided to go to school and make it official. That was many years ago and I have never looked back! I have the best job in the world!
I absolutely love creating images for my clients. I feel like I get to be a part of that special moment, creating memories for their family.
My photography style could probably best be described as clean and simple . My goal is to capture the person or families personality while keeping the image light and uncluttered.
